Our private sessions invite you to move, breathe, reflect, and reconnect, whether through yoga, meditation, creative workshops or immersive sound journeys. Each experience is designed to support your inner balance and offer space for rest, clarity, and joy.

Wellness experiences are produced in exclusive collaboration with our trusted local partner with deep expertise and a dedicated team of skilled practitioners. Every session is tailored with care, presence, and seasonal awareness.

Each Stay Includes Daily Wellness Experiences:

  • Complimentary Morning Flow Yoga (60 minutes)

    A soft start and gentle grounding for the day Ease into your morning with mindful movement. As your body transitions from rest and your senses awaken to the rhythm of nature, this guided class blends somatic movement, gentle yoga, and breathwork. You’ll be invited to set a personal intention for the day ahead, aligning with your inner compass. No prior experience needed. Movements stay close to the ground and are suitable for all levels of health and ability. Joined small group.

  • Complimentary Forest Bath (60 minutes

    This guided outdoor session is more than a walk. It is a moment of gentle energy and awareness. As we move along marked trails, we pause for breath, simple movement, and sensory connection with the surrounding nature. This practice brings clarity to the mind and energy to the body, balancing the softness of morning and the stillness of evening. A light to moderate activity suitable for most people in general good health. Joined small group.

  • Complimentary Evening Sound Bath (60 minutes)

    Evening resonance for the nervous system Close your day with soft vibration and deep listening. This evening sound bath is not a performance, but an invitation into calm. With singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, the soundscape surrounds you and gently brings the body and breath into rest. Perfect if you prefer to end your evening in peace rather than entertainment. We recommend flowing straight to sleep or into a quiet moment after. Please note, not recommended for those who are pregnant, have a pacemaker or epilepsy, or are in acute crisis. Joined small group.

  • Complimentary Folklore Sauna (15–20 minutes)

    Traditional Finnish sauna ritual with story and spirit Step into the warmth where fire meets water, and ancient steam carries timeless wisdom. Guided by a dedicated saunottaja (sauna master), this moment begins with a quiet ceremony, a spoken sauna spell, and a connection to Finnish traditions. You’ll hear folklore, learn about historical rituals, and feel the power of steam, silence, and presence. Offered daily at the Signature Nordic Spa at 18:00 and 19:00. Joined small group.

Whether you're drawn to a private yoga class, sound healing, or a creative expression workshop, these sessions are crafted to meet you in the quiet of your own rhythm.

Private sessions can be reserved during booking or arranged through our guest services team during your stay.
All are highly customizable, but availability is limited, so we kindly recommend reserving in advance.

Wellness Menu:

  • 450 € per session (1-8 persons) Private Yoga Class (60 min)

    A tailored yoga session in the style of your choice – Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, or Somatic. Designed for your energy level, experience, and intention. Grounding or invigorating, quiet or flowing. Classes available from beginner to advanced, according to personal needs and yoga skills.

  • 490 € per session (1-8 persons) Private Pilates Class (60 min)

    Strength through stillness. Control through breath. A mat-based session focused on deep core awareness and full-body alignment. Slow, conscious movements awaken postural muscles and restore balance. Props may be used for support. Classes available from beginner to advanced, according to personal needs and pilates skills.

  • 360 € per session (1-8 persons) Private Meditation Session (60 min)

    Three shapes. One quiet mind. Guided meditation unfolding in seated, standing, and resting positions. Combines breath, gentle movement, and stillness to ease the mind into spacious presence. Can be tailored for silence or softly guided support.

  • 1500 € per session (1-8 persons) Private Violin Relaxation™ (50 min)

    A guided sensory experience combining breathwork, imagery, and live violin. The musician moves quietly through the space, playing near and far to create a personal, immersive soundscape. Ideal for emotional release or quiet resonance. Suitable for pop-up sessions or in-room restoration.

  • 520 € per session (1-8 persons) Private Couple’s Yoga (60 min)

    Connection through movement and breath A quiet and intimate session for two. This shared practice focuses on attunement, trust, and presence, using partnered poses, mindful breathwork, and touch. Especially suited for couples or close pairs seeking a moment of deep reconnection.

  • 590 € per session (1-8 persons) Private Family Yoga (45 min)

    Shared movement, play, and presence A joyful and gentle session for families with children aged 3–10 and their important adults. Through movement stories and imagination, children and adults connect in ways that build trust, awareness, and delight.

  • 680 € per session (1-8 persons) Private Drum Relaxation (50 min)

    A pulse that anchors and a rhythm that grounds. This session uses live drumming and vibration to support deep nervous system regulation. The drum is played close to the body, creating a tactile, earthy resonance. Can include breathwork, humming, or intuitive chanting.

Private Workshops:

  • 550 € per session (1-6 persons) Creative Writing Workshop (60 min)

    Let language lead. This gentle, meditative session invites you to explore your inner world through writing or drawing. No experience needed. We begin with a brief guided relaxation and seasonal inspiration before flowing into intuitive expression. You are welcome to write, sketch, or combine both. A quiet sharing moment may follow, though participation is optional. Recommended for ages 12 and up. Can be adapted for family settings. Held in-room or in a dedicated creative space.

  • 785 € per session (1-6 persons) Love Coaching Session (90 min)

    Trust, touch, and the words we rarely say This guided session is designed for couples or close partners seeking deeper connection. Through symbolic movement, shared breath, and heart-led reflection, you are invited to see and be seen. Together you’ll explore eye contact, trust exercises, and finally, write love letters. Creating a space to say what often goes unspoken. The atmosphere is tender, quiet, and respectful. The intention is not to fix, but to strengthen. Not recommended for relationships in acute crisis or with unresolved conflict. Held in-room or in a dedicated creative space.
