At Skýra Nordic Spa, warmth begins with the cold. Guests are guided through the Nordic thermal cycle: intense heat, crisp cold, deep rest. Each step reminds you that your body remembers how to reset, how to breathe, how to feel.

Rooted in Northern traditions, the spa invites you to slow down by moving through nature rather than resisting it. Hot saunas, cold plunges, and quiet moments of stillness offer more than relaxation; they offer return. Return to your senses, to your rhythm, to yourself.

Unlimited access to the Signature Nordic Spa is included with every stay at Skýra. To enrich your experience further, treatments can be reserved during booking or arranged later through our sales or guest services team.

  • 190 € per person Seasonal Touch (60 min)

    A classic full-body massage infused with the scents and sounds of the Arctic season. This individually tailored treatment uses a herbal balm of pine, spruce, and juniper to ground and restore. Gentle and rhythmic, it eases muscular tension while immersing you in the spirit of the surrounding wilderness. Optional Add-ons (pre-booking required): – Warm Herbal Compress – Head & Face Massage

  • 245 € per person Brain Relief® Treatment (60 min)

    This deeply calming treatment uses gentle, rhythmic touch to soothe the body and settle the mind. Developed in Finland and grounded in neurophysiology, Brain Relief® activates the parasympathetic nervous system and invites profound rest. You remain fully clothed, lying on a soft treatment table under a warm cover. No conversation is needed. You simply receive. Available as a duo treatment upon request.

  • 220 € per person Herbal Embrace (60 min)

    Aromatic oil massage designed to soothe the senses and calm the nervous system. Choose your own blend of Finnish herbs and essential oils and sink into slow, meditative touch. Ideal when you need softness, grounding, or sensory renewal. Aroma oil blends include: – Meadowsweet (floral, warming) – Sweetgrass (sweet, calming) – Lemon Balm (fresh, soothing) – Calendula (gentle, nurturing) – Lavender (herbal, relaxing) – Rose (soft, uplifting)

  • 360 € per couple Shared Stillness – Couple’s Massage (60 min)

    A quiet, aromatic massage with classic touch for two. Enjoy side-by-side relaxation in the same room, with each person selecting their own scent. Choose oils or herbal balm, or add a warm compress or facial massage. A moment of connection and care, whether with a partner, parent, or close friend. Optional symbolic elements: – One person may choose the herbal wrap, the other the compress – Shared scents or contrasting blends to reflect balance

  • 210 € per person Northern Heat (60 min)

    A deeply relaxing hot stone massage using smooth Finnish soapstones. The natural heat of the stones melts away muscular tension while enhancing circulation and nervous system recovery. A slow, nurturing treatment perfect for deep rest and winter’s stillness.

  • 245 € per person Sound Bowl Massage (50 min)

    A healing experience using Tibetan singing bowls placed directly on and around the body. The vibrations resonate through your tissues, offering cellular-level relaxation and subtle realignment. This treatment engages both hearing and touch, soothing the nervous system and promoting deep rest. Please note: Not recommended during early or late pregnancy, with pacemakers, epilepsy, or fresh post-surgical states.

  • 150 € per person Quiet Mind (60 min)

    Focused massage for the head, neck, and face—targeting stress, fatigue, and emotional overwhelm. Gentle pressure and flowing movements relieve cranial tension and restore clarity. Ideal for headaches, jaw tightness, or when your thoughts need slowing down.

  • Upon Request Private Folklore Sauna (25-50 min)

    In Finnish folklore, the sauna is more than a place to bathe. It is a sacred space of cleansing, protection, and quiet wisdom. In this private ceremony, guided by our sauna host, you are welcomed with a traditional incantation, learn the old rituals of greeting the löyly (steam), and hear stories that connect the sauna to the spirits of the forest and the ancestral heart of Nordic life. Enhance your experience with time‑honored practices such as birch‑whisking, a warm herbal treatments, or a guided cold plunge to complete the ancient Nordic heat–cold–rest cycle. A deeply cultural and restorative ritual, designed for individuals, couples, or small groups.

What to Expect

Each visit includes a soft spa bag with a towel, slippers, and a curated selection of Nordic wellness products to support your experience of heat, cold, and recovery.

Unwind in the lakeside lounge with a drink in hand, or rest by the fire between sauna rounds. The bar and lounge offer space to pause throughout the day.

Dressing rooms for women and men include secure lockers. From there, the spa opens into nature: unisex saunas, warm outdoor hot tubs, and the frozen lake plunge offers the boldest form of renewal. Swimwear is required at all times.

Looking for a more intimate or bespoke experience?

During the peak season, our time and care are dedicated exclusively to retreat guests. However, outside this period, the Signature Nordic Spa can be customised for private retreats, intimate celebrations, and small group gatherings.
